Hudson's brother-in-law was convicted on three counts of first degree murder in 2012 and sentenced to life in prison. Now, however, Balfour claims he's completely innocent of the murders and has no idea who killed his family.

“I didn't have nothing to do with her family being killed. Period,” he told ABC 7 in his first interview since the 2008 murders. “I didn't have nothing to do with the case and don't know who had anything to do with the case.”
